No response frm acer india service centre during warranty period

Sir,

my name is Abhishek pandey, i had bought a acer laptop on 22-06-07.

then after completion of 1 year ihad extended my warranty to 2years more.

now there is 3to4 white spots on LCD screen and they are not providing me the service.

and whenever i go to them they diffuse my regards and say to me that this lcd spots are not in our warranty.

so please tell me the right way to reach at the solution of my problem & fullfil my rights.
