ACER 3684-NWXCi(LAPTOP)
H/W problem and unable to access any files or programs

Hi,

This is MIMLY DUTTA, i had bought my laptop of the model ACER 3684 - N W X C i bearing the serial no. LXAZLOCO337140D16L2500 from SIMONY SYSTEMS AND SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, GUWAHATI on 14.07.07. But at present i'm not staying at GUWAHATI as i'm studying at ORISSA. So provide me the solution to my problem and also the information about the nearest dealer or service centre as soon as possible. Now the problem is that on turning on the laptop, no files or icons and drives can be accessed and even a sound comes when we place it on a desk or plane surface, while if we slightly tilt it or bend it, the sound doesn't comes, so how long can one hold it in such posture and do any work. So please do provide some assitance at your earnest and as soon as possible. (Note that i'm staying in ORISSA and not at GUWAHATI).
