Improper behavior of Rickshaw driver (MH02-TA-5876)

Hi,

I took an auto from Malad (E) highway on 11th April. It was evening 7pm. I was loud clear to ask the destination (Liberty Garden) to the auto-rickshaw driver. He nodded and asked my to sit. After 200-300 meters, when i noticed he was taking the auto-rickshaw to a wrong direction, i directed him to take it to the correct road. He refused to do so and asked me to get down of the auto-rickshaw. He said i wont be coming to that place, even though he had first agreed to do so. I refused to get down out of the auto-rickshaw. He started talking to me in slang language. He dropped me at a place from where i couldnt find a single auto to Liberty Garden (Malad W) for the next half an hour. Finally i had to take a share auto to go till malad station.

The auto driver was very rude and inhuman when he was speaking to us (i and my sister). "Dont you have legs to walk? " was his question to us. THe number of the auto-rickshaw is MH02-TA-5876.

Please take a proper action against him, and keep me updated.
