Dear sir,

I am very much harrased and hurted by abuse of one of your phone operators.

Today i.e 30th March a call from your company came on my residence phone no 0181- 2672264 at 02:30 pm from your no. 911202442222 which i attended. The introduced himself as Ashwani and and offered me certain policies for which I told him that I was not I am not interested and told him that at least I should not be disturbed on Sundays. The guy hanged the phone and with in 2-3 minutes called back and this time my mother picked up the phone. This guy started abusing my mother and used untolerable language and before hanging up the phone he threatned mymother of dier consequences if i do not talk or listen to their offer. He even threatened to put a complaint to the police.

Since my mother is a eldely person and she is shocked after listning the phone call. She is in continious state of depression and thinks I have done something wrong for which I am getting threatning calls.

Let me clear you on this fron that the kind of call is not acceptable. I have also seen the complaint of another person on your website which has been made on 20th February fro the same number. This reflects that you people are not taking this seriously and no action has been taken at your end.

Please consider the matter on your part as soon as possible and revert back regarding the action taken by you else I wii be left with no option execpt loging a legal complaint against your company.
