FOR DUMMY SIM

Dear Sir/Madam,

I regret to inform you that my mobile no. 9955836367 has stolen since last 2 months.

While contacting to your Branch Office at Belaganj, Distt. Gaya (Bihar) regarding the matter, the concernd officer assured to provide a dummy SIM and block the no. after getting writtn complaint.

Accordingly I had done all of your formalities.

But I am sorry to say that the concernd officer could not provide the dummy sim and asked to visit your Branch in Patna for the dummy sim.

It is not possible for us to go Patna for this purpose only as it is so far from my place.

Therefore you are requested to consult your branch at Belaganj and issue me a dummy sim againt the same number.

Kindly confirm the progress in this matter.
