PREPAID TOP UP CARD

HELLO, SIR

Yesterday my vodafone prepaid balance was Rs.18.68 at 19.45 then again i put a Rs 20 top up and it was succssful, but when i check my balance it is only Rs. 16. How it is possible.then i have called vodafone customar care atleast six times but they dont give any respose, even today morning my balance is reduce Re. 1.

please sir give e any respose and return my original balance.
