Suggession To Avoid Traffic Jams

There are always traffic jams between Powai Lake To IIT (in Mumbai) which costs every commuter one to one & half hours more daily. It can be avoided if the Trucks & Tempoes are not allowed in the morning & in the evening on this road i.e. during peak hours. Trucks & Tempoes are about 60% of the traffic at that time. This process is already there in some of the states.
