Gas booking - DeePee

I am a senior citizen and booked gas on 24 th September but even till today havent received it. We have called the DeePee, Green Park MAin agency several times. Initially they refused to even acknowledge that we had booked the gas. We are facing lot of inconvenince at the hands of these folks. Their Customer service is horrible!!! This has happened several times before, as well.
