Not returning deposit

Dear Sir,

My agreement is end on 31th aug 08, the shop i had taken on rent.

All the formalities has been cleared & i returned the keys of the shop on 1st sep. There were few repairs which he informed & i had done it.

Now its almost 1.5 months he is not returning my security deposit. Every day he pospone by some reason & says he is not having money.

Can any one help me out from this.

Already the market is @ the bottom & i am really facing the crises. The amount od Security deposit is Rs.1 lakh.

Please help me out.
