ATM card not working propery- most urgent

Dear Sir,

Me and my husband are having a joint account (vide account number 30013004600) in SBI, Palarivattom branch. Both of us had been issued ATM cards.

1. 6220 1802 1870 0028 069 in the name of Sunil Kumar. G 2. 6220 1804 3120 0074 406 in the name of Rekha Nair. S

The problem now we are facing is both of these ATM cards are not working in any of the SBI ATM centres but it working on the other ATM centres (ie. ICICI, AXIS, HDFC etc.) where in cards are pulled inside the machine and we are loosing around 22 Rs. per transaction. My husband is in Delhi now and for transactions we had lost more than Rs.500/- I believe. We had complained through email, Phone calls and even visiting the bank but according to the bank for these issues they do not have any solution. When my husband called the customer care dept he was told that these things should be taken care by bank. As of now nothing had happened inspite of making so much complaints.

Please do understand that we are loosing our hard earned money each day you delay. Please do not postpond or ignore this mail and treat this as most urgent.
