Have not received my Property Tax account

This is about to my new account opening for Property

tax on 28/03/08. I contacted Rameshwar Sen, he filled my form and told me

to pay 1663/-. for tax and asked 1800 (in total). However, he gave me

receipt of Rs 1663 only. I was promised to get my new account open with in

15 days, as there a great rush at the last moments of March.

Since that day till today .. I have visited him and Nagar Nigam 100 a

times.. my account has not been opened yet and now there is last day to

pay property tax for this year. Even he says it will be in next year and

you need to pay penalty too. Why should I?

Consequences: This has wasted my 100 number of hrs dealing with those

guys. and Wasted my 25 ltr pertrol yet. And always and tension in my mind

of getting penalty again and again.
