Acer aspire-4720z
Problem in hard disk

I have bought new acer aspire 4720Z befor about five months, I am facing a problem here, my notebook, Acer Aspire 4720Z - problem is its hard disk is not working means laptop does not detect any hard ware and software.and i cant here any sound when it plays Audio, Video nor System sound..It was from past 1 week. I tried every thing .. and the thing is when i m searching a address or a service station of acer in meerut, answere for that my id is pari2sachdev@yahoo.co.in
