Door to Door Collection of solid waste

Very recently a contract has been given to Jyoti Invirotech P Ltd for collecting solid waste on door to door basis starting from Rajaji Puram, Lucknow. As usual with all the government schemes, this scheme is also just a showcase of inefficiency. On 6th of May few people with a trolley came to collect solid waste and gave us assurance to come & collect the same, daily. They also asked the various sweepers engaged in our colony, not to take solid wastes as this is being arranged by Jyoti invirotech P Ltd.
On 7th May none from the above contractor came for cllection.
On 8th May till 11 AM no body has come to collect waste.
On web while searching about Jyoti Invirotech P Ltd, I found that Zonal Control rooms have been established with a Cental control room at Chowk, Lucknow. No where the address and the telephone numbers of the zonal control room or the central control room has been given without which I am unable to lodge a complaint. Please provide and ensure collection of solid waste by the above contractor, on daily basis.
