Not issuing passport and never responding the phone calls or emails

Hello,

I am holding valid passport with File No.-NGPZ05157107 .As there was correction in Mother’s name in my passport, I have submitted my passport along with duly filled reissue form personally to Nagpur Passport Office on Monday 20/07 with file No NGP A002661. While submitting the form at window I was told that no police verification report required for reissue of passport. But while checking online status its showing Police Report not Recieved. I even tried to contact Nagpur passport office regarding this issue, but no one respond. What is use of phone and mail then?? Now in current status it is showing "Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO". Please help me. Its urgent.
