2nd TIME GIVING COMPLAINT: No Airtel Network in Bangalore (Belur)

Sir / Madam,

I am Jithendra Kumar H C, Project Engineer at National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), Nilakantan Wind Tunnel Centre (NWTC), Behind old HAL Airport, Belur, Bangalore - 37.

I am using AIRTEL prepaid connection. PH : 9902417466.

At above mentioned location BSNL, RELIANCE, SPICE, TATA INDICOM are having FULL NETWORK, but your AIRTEL is having ZERO NETWORK.

Due to above reason, many of the employees are not using your AIRTEL SERVICE.

From last one year i have given complaint upto 4 - 5 times, but in AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE, Bangalore, for each complaint they will give different reasons and they are NOT TAKING IMMEDIEATE ACTION.

At present, more than 500 employees are using AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICE WITHOUT NETWORK.

If you continue this type of service, we will NOT USE YOUR AIRTEL SIM CARD.
