Non delivery of domestic renewal of gas cylinde

I have booked for renewal of domestic gas cylinder (my consumer no. 3462; Name: C.Vijayakumar) on 24-09 and the company has registered in their computer. I reminded over phone on 5-10 and 7-10 and directly in person on 09-10. The company ensured that the same will be delivered on 09.10.2009 definitely. But the renewal cylinder has not been delivered till this moment. Kindly do the needful.
