Non supply of Cylinder at Shop or through delivery men

I have a Bharat Gas Connection No.17338 in the name of Sh. Dayanand Gupta, 168, Gurhai Mohalla, Shahdara. I booked my Gas Cylinder on 01.06.2009. On Monday dated 8.06. I went to the booking office of Nandi Gas Agency to get my booked cylinder and requested to provide it me. I also told that if your delivery men is not in a position to supply it, please to give me it and I will carry myself. But the staff of Nandi Gas Agency has totally refused to deliver the cylinder to me and shown rude behaveiour and stated only delivery men will give home delivery. I requested again and again but they have not given it to me. But till date, the same has not been supplied to me. I requested you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action in this regard.
