Non refund of money

Company took from me Rs. 60000/-(Rupees sixty thousand), on 22/ 2 / promising me that they will return the full amount in 10 monthly installments starting 60days from the date investments. I invested the amount in February. As per the agreement they alloted me 600 power units showing 200each on three id Nos.405944, 405941 and 405937. showing the same on Nanoexcel site. But the amount ie Rs 60000/- they have not returned back so far. I heard that some mis appropriation of fund in the company management level and it has become non functional now. They got registered office at vashi New mumbai. Nobody is picking up the telephone now and i dont kmow what to do. kindly help me in getting me the back.
