Fraud by NAPTOL

I have send a cheque in fevour of NAPTOL online shoping for spy pen gadget . they have as per my State bank of india gujarat rajula branch a/c statements the cheque is cleared by them in last week of aug'09 my order Number was 39631. after some day i have contact over there costumer care Number 022-6148 6148 many times, but no one has given me satisfactory answer.i have given them a notice by register AD.i have received acknowledgement of the notice receipt by naptol. my last complaint number is 268. but still im not getting any product from naptol. i have many try to naptol support team they only assuring me that u will get your product within 5 working days. but still (after 50 days) my product is awaited.. i am hope full for ur kind support.
