the reffered school 'narayana vidyalayam'at nagpur is charging an amount of Rs.300/-towards issue of transferr cirtificate, in an unauthorised manner from all passed students of the school.whereas all dues and arrears have been cleared by the parents.no school in nagpur charges for issue of transferr cirtificate.uyou are requested to direct the school to refund the amount charged unauthorisedly.
