Acer Aspire One
15 days long repai

I have purchase this Aspire One laptop on 30-09 and on the very same day its hard disk crashed. I went to service centre on 1-10 and they said HDD has been crashed and has to be repaired. Its been about 15 days but I have not got my laptop back after being repaired. I even asked the company for the replacement as its a brand new laptop but they simply refused. And I am trying service centre number for hours but nobody picks it up.
