Refuse to give medicine

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that on 19th May at around 10.15 pm in night. suddenly health of my father is disturbed due to lose motion. Then i went to this above mentioned Narain Das Medical Store situated in Global Heart Hospital near my house. There was only two boys standing there and they refused to give me the medicine i suggested. both of them are simple helpler kind of persons and well educated about medicine. i managed the medicines from somewhere else.i want the compensation for my loses/harm.

Please do something that some person in hope and in whatever condition go to that medical shop and get frusted and helpless.

Hope this forum do Something about it and take necessary action.
