Severe Delay in repair work & poor response

Subject- Severe delay in repair work of Vehicle TVS Victor, regd no.-HR26Q-9576.

I had given my vehicle for repair work on 14/04/08, but still I have not yet retrieved it. Whenever I contact your service department they say that they would deliver it in the next 3 to 4 days but each time it goes false. Because of this delay & false commitment I am going through mental, physical stress and economical loss as well.

Moreover, I am getting warning repeatedly from Insurance department that they would be cancelling the claim against the vehicle if it gets a bit more delayed..

Furthermore, it’s unfortunate to say that this kind of service really results in losing customer faith and loyalty towards TVS motors and Narbheram motors (p) Ltd.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly look into this matter with much importance and confirm me the date of delivery of the above mentioned vehicle to stop my further losses due to delay & false committeemen by your service deptt.
