Damage of Baggage by Indigo Airlines

I travelled on the Indigo flight from mumbai-new delhi-lucknow. I had booked my luggage at the mumbai airport and was supposed to take back my luggage at the Lucknow airport. And when i got my luggage back at Lko to my surpirse my bag was very damaged and when i talked to the ground staff of Indigo at Lucknow i was being offered Rs. 150 for a bag worth Rs.3000 which I refused to take outrightly. I would like you to look in the matter and help me get compensation for the damage of the bag.
