POOR SERVICE

We have purchased S 530 Destop Cpmputer from your Dealer in Secunderabd in the monthof April 09 having S. No. 1SS R2BS and service tag no. 3918127240 this Computer is failing regulary which was complint through 1800-425-8045 no action was taken as on date. Due to your non co-operation of the service staff we have call technican who do our other computer services which is not in guaranttee period. As your computer under guarantee we call for regular failure. We could find out the fault through our technican that one off the Ram failed . we have compliant this on 3-11-09 as well as 11-11-09 taked to one Mr. Sandeep who is a Senior Resolution Expert behaved very badly going into uncessary talks where he is not interested to here the complaint. This is regular affair, when ever we complint your company want to get opened the system. where norrmally the system will not be available near the phone. as we are an Engineering Industry some of the system will be near the machine where we use sofware System to run the items. Hence we are very much regretted about your poor services. we may not further go for Dell Computers in future if the sysem contines like this.
