Abnormal delay in delivering lpg cylinde

This Agency has been unacceptable in delivery. It is taking more than a month to deliver the cylinder from past 6 months. Both of my cylinders are empty now. I haven't yet (Oct 20) received LPG cylinder even though we booked it on 19th Sept (more than a month).

I'm fed up calling and visiting them.

Hope someone takes it up with higher authoritites and get this agency to funciton properly.
