Dear Sir,

It, s very sad to say that the branch manager Mr. Gupta of PNB, Sector-27, noida, not able to perform his duties according to responsibilities. He has, t manners to talk with customer's. Last 5 days dat 21.10.09 to till date regarding service tax Challan deposit (Cash & DD). We have two Challan deposit in every month it can possible every month after 2 & 3 days return from bank he also receive challan from our side. Today Mr. Gupta and all staff of PNB include of security guard behaved with some customer in bank and use so many poor words. He simply denied to care his customer's and abused to complained authority. So pls take a corrective action to prevent unhealthy relationship with the customers. Again and again they said to customer you can deposit Tax challan in other Bank & other branch not in Sector -27, Noida (U.P)
