Nath Traders/Indane Gas Cylinders

I am a resident of Kailash Colony. My gas agency is Nath Traders situated in Zamroodpur. I want to complain that first of all they never pickup the their phones to book the gas. When I send a written receipt to them through a maid or a servant, they tear it off and never respond. After checking with them days later, they say that they have not received any booking at all. This is a routine affair.

Eventually when I am in crisis and I ask them to give me a gas immediately, they ask for 600 rupees for a cylinder.

As all my family members are working it becomes very difficult for us to visit the place personally to book the gas.

Today I was in crisis and I asked for a cylinder from the delivery van no. DL1LC 5781, he asked for 700 rupees. On refusing to pay so much, he uses abusive language and threatens never to deliver a cylinder in our house.

Please help as the water is going above my head and getting difficult to survive.
