We claimed the insurance to nicltd. in respect of accident case we spent rs:- 8675/- for the repairing from the ajmer auto agencies p.ltd. bno. bc 8002406 dt. 09.07.2008
the insurance co. has paid rs 6200/- by cheaque i dont accepet and returned the cheaque to the co. with a complaint application dt. 06.11.2008
co. send back the cheaque with same amount telling that the money given is sufficient according to maruti rate list but i have paid maruti authourised dealer the fullpayment of rs :- 8675/- so after the cut of depriciation and claimfee the difrrence a near about rs: 1800/-
there is request to co. to please pay this money to me
