Arab National Bank Tie-up Reg

Dear Sir,

I am NRE A/c holder with CB, Trichy Main Branch, Tamilnadu. I am the frequent remitter to CB. Recently (2 -3 months) I am trying to send DD/Telemoney Transfer from Arab National Bank, Saudi Arabia to Canara Bank, Trichy Main Branch. Here (ANB) they have not accepted and saying that we have stopped the transaction with Canara Bank. I this regard I also checked with our CB Trichy Branch, they are not responding properly. Please let me know the exact position whether you are still tie-up with Arab National Bank, Saudi Arabia or not.

Also here I would like to bring you kind attention that, in the Trichy Main Branch, they are not issuing monthly statement either by email or post. Their services / responses will be very very poor. I therefore would request you to take serious action and let me have the feed back.
