Approval of reliance mobile is not given while mobile set was purchased in month of jun'09

Sir I purchased one mibile of reliance comapnay from jun'09 and Reliace company is giving warranty from LG service centre. while we went in service centre in month of nov'09.LG service centre refuesed to give service and told that warrant period of the my mobile is expired .we explain that this set was purchased from lucknow and in month of jun'09.then LG service centre given estimate of my mobile for approval from reliance office gomati nagar. I visited reliance office gomati nagar lucknow on 13/11.Reliance concerned officers Mr. wagesh promised to me for giving approval after deepawali becuse his staff's was on holiday.hence we went after deepalwali to reliance Office but again put query for giving serial no of my mobile.hence I again provide the sr. no of mobile. and again gave assurance to approval for repairing of my mobile with in three to four days.

I again contact the same on his mobile (09335146510) but again gaive only assuarance for doing the same. This is a way to puzzled the user who purchased reliance lg set. My mobile no is 09335253901
