Not getting gas cylinde

Sir,

My consumer no is 152806. I have last booked for gas in December with booking no 546. I was told that Gas will be delivered on 21st January. But still now it isnt delivered to me. When I contacted the agency they told me that the cylinder was already delivered to me on January 21. But actually I haven't recieved the gas cylinder. I think the agency people are playing a foul play. They told me that I am liable for a gas cylinder only on Feb 21st 2009. Now I have ran out of gas and my life has turned a night mare. I am living with my only son and he is away for work. There is no body to help me

So please take a strict action against the agency.
