Online duplicate bill not available

There are always huge problems with BSNL Ghaziabad.

Bill generated on 1st of every month is still not recieved on 17th.also.

If I try to see online duplicate bill on: http://www.upw.bsnl.co.in/ghaziabad/

Then most of the time their website is down, else it displays that No Duplicate bill available.

BSNL do not understand that they are legally bound to provide monthly bills to customer.

But thus sarkari company think that they are doing charity.

The day is not far when the whole department will struggle for her survival.

Because we are in the same department, we are not opting for other survice providers.

Please advice how to see my bill.
