Claim settle from national insurance company

Hi sir,

I have purchase a bike of hero honda (splendor plus HR 26 AR 8041) from Jashoda auto gurgaon on 9th may was insured by national insurance company ltd vashant vihar new delhi branch. Bike has theft on 25th Apriland i have registered FIR (147) in sadar gurgaon police station. I have informed to national insurance company on 28th April that my bike has theft and settle my claim.

I have submitted all documents regarding settle to claim and final untraced report from police has submitted on 2nd September. But National insurance company told to me that your bike has re insured on your name and address on 1st Oct 09

I ask to you how can done this insurance because national insurance company has allready know all those thing.

National insurance company is not settle my claim.

Please help me
