Non receipt of claim

With reference to my above policy, I had claimed insurance on 24/04 for which I have made payment of Rs. 4529/- to Hitendra Agencies (from whom I had repaired my bike). I have not received the claim amount from you, although 4 months have lapsed since I have made the claim.

I have been in constant touch with Mr. Prakash (# 022 22019700) regarding the above claim. His only reply is that the claim is being processed and they are awaiting approval from your Delhi office.

It has come to my knowledge that besides my claim application, many other claim applications have been kept pending for many months. The poor service offered by you has left me very upset. I am not satisfied with the services offered by your company. Henceforth, I will renew my insurance with some other company and I will also strongly recommend others not to take insurance from this company. If this is the state of affairs, you may as well close down the company.

Please look into the matter and ensure that I get my claim amount at the earliest.
