Delay in Claim Settlement

This refers to the policy no. 250500/48/08/8500001656 in the name of my mother Mrs. Radha Narayanan with National Insurance Company.

She had undergone cataract surgery on 14/02. On 26/02, I had put up my claim through Heritage Health Services Pvt Ltd.

As per the policy, claims are supposed to be settled within 45 days. Now almost three months have passed, still the claim is not settled.

My claim files reference no. 12905601. I have been following daily with Heritage, but I am getting the same reply – “under process”.

The service rendered a reputed company like National Insurance to a senior citizen is really pathetic.

Kindly look in o the matter at the earliest.
