Non-Payment after Maturity

NSC Bearing no. 4JEE942557, 4JEE942558, 4JEE942559, 4JEE942560, 4JEE942561 each of face value Rs.10, 000/- i.e Rs.50, 000/- total was purchased from Head Post Office Arrah, Bhojpur, Bihar on 05th December and deposited on 27 October for payment at Shipra Sun City Post office, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, U.P10.

Maturity date is 05.12.2008 but till date I have not recieved the amount. On enquiry from Shipra Sun City they suggested to write an application to Arrah Head Post office through them. Though Shipra Sun City has recieved the application, i need the forum's help to expedite the procedure of payment.

Kind help me in this regard.
