National Travels - Horrible service

I had a horrible experience when I took a National travels Bus from Bangalore to Belgaum on 25th Sept booked through RedBus. Their service is just pathetic. First of all, the bus was not at all in a clean condition. They started from the Bangalore two hours late and on top on it they halted at fuel station for more than half an hour for filling the fuel (they should have done this before).

That’s not all, just for the sake of making money they let in many extra passengers and they were made to sleep in the bus passage.

Then a horrible thing happened, the bus broke down at 2:00 am near Harihar and they were not at all keen in getting it repaired. It was already 5:00 am and there were just relaxed and in a no hurry to get it repaired. Looking at their attitude, I along with other few families decided to stop a KSRTC bus. I had to travel in a KSRTC bus (ordinary class) at around 5:00 am along with my 1.5 year old daughter.

After reaching Belgaum, I went to National Travels office near Bus Stand. They are not at all ready to accept their mistake and they also straight away denied for refund. I had heard of horrible service of National Travels before and experienced it myself. I would strongly suggest everybody to stay away from this fraud and pathetic travel company.
