Sir,

In order to go to dharwad (karnataka) i went to reservation counter govt bus stand in bangalore. But over der a set of brokers gave me a much better bus and seat offer at the same price. So i obliged and ensured that i collected the correct ticket. However about half an hour before the slotted time, a huge guy came to all the customers who were waiting and took our tickets and gave another one which belonged to national travels. Further the bus came 3 hours late and was extremely uncomfortable throughout the journey.
