EXTR 15%LOAD ON OD PREMIUM

I own a Maruti Omni with yellow board which is running for tourist line for past 2 yrs. Your Co is charging 15% extra load on own demage premium which is not acceptable as no other insurance company is charging that amount for same vehicle. Seating capacity is 5 only & below 1000cc. My Father has Indicab which is 1405cc & 5 seater, but their insurance company i.e, UIIC is not charging any extra load. Why are you charging extra? please clarify immediatly & refund the amount which you are collecting from me for past 2 yrs. This is in general interest.
