I'm girish here i lodge complaint on 18th feb regarding excess collection of premium for commerical vehicle. you are collecting 15%extra own demage premium for my vehicle.which is below 1000cc & 5 seater. today i saw a insurance issued by New India Insurance Co for Omni commerical vehicle here in mysore & they had not charged any extra OD premium & endursement was under 22. why is it you are charging that amount? please reply immediatly. because of this i'm facing problem regarding claim.
