No after sale service even after many calls only excuses

I am a agent in post office. I had purchased a software for post office work from the natural softwares pvt.ltd name of the software is "bhachat mitra" from mr. ashutosh delhi staying at b-24 dayanand colony, ground floor lajpat nagar n.d.24 telephone no.011-26436147, 30958882, fax -01126223340, mobile no. 9312105617.The software is not working from last 4 months but despite of more than 100 calls to the agent no reply comes i.e either doesnot picks up the phone or says i will come after 2 days but he never comes . and only excuses comes.very very poor after sale service . i have also complained to company for the samefor the same .the address of the company is c 12/a prithvi appartments, prithvi raj marg 'c' scheme jaipur -302001.my contact number is -9811132413, 64597277.
