National Holiday Not Off in Private Ltd IT Company

I am working in Natural Softwares Pvt Ltd (www.naturalsoftwares.com) since 2 years situated at C Scheme, Jaipur (Rajasthan), India. This is Private Ltd Software Company with around 100 people manpower staff, but our employer does not allow us to off/closed his office on any Indian national holiday as like recently happens on 7th july09 on election day and 2th Oct09 (today) the day of Mahatma Gandhi, You can check our attendance register, Most of us have lost our one day salary of election day even, because that day we were on absent in our Boss’s View, we all are feel frustated because of these unwanted hell activities done of our employer in a Limited Firm. Please take some legal action on this hell activities.
