They are cheating us .sending fake messages of winning a prize money of 250000 ponds

I as well as many people around India (our country) got a message that we have won a prize money of 250, 000 pounds in a int'l mobile draw. as i chose courier method for collecting my money they asked for the delivery cost of Rs 27000.

there is lots of confusion arising that is this a true or a fake system.

i request that government should take an strict action against the culprits if this is a they are sending us the fake emails and cheating us...

i accept full co-operations from the goverment side.
