Salary issues

My Name is Sunil Gupta I was working with NUKRIpaisa.com since 1 april. I was working with my full honestlyl. and whoole bussines was depend on me. and he is not me on the time when i asked for salary on 04 sep 2009 Mr. Amit Mittal terminate to me without any reason. after that my salary is Due also.

my full and half month salaty is due . when i asked for my salary he is treat me very badly. and he told me i will see in court.

please help me and what can i do this
