Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject and Reference correspondence I would like to bring the following to your kind notice and to take up necessary action from your end.

• I had applied for the settlement of PF account to Bhubaneswar office due to change over of my employment.

• While applying settlement application I had given my Bank details as –State Bank of India, Wadi, Karnataka with account no:01190016041 (Account Number is now changed to 10764402367 due to on line banking)

• I had made correspondence with Bhubaneswar office and I could not get any replay regarding the settlement. After waiting for a long period I had approached your office to intervene in to the issue and settle the issue.

• With your intervene I got replay that my account is settled and amount is send to bank through Check nos 441139 and 511702 for the amounts Rs.16202/- and Rs. 8011/- respectively.

• I had verified with my bank and surprised to know that no check has been received and deposited to my account. An account statement collected from bank is send to your office as a proof of non settlement of my PF amount. As per the SBI-Wadi bank they have not received any checks from your Bhubaneswar office.

• In case of receipt of issued checks by my bank, they might be sent the same to your authorized bank for collection of money. In that case your bank will be debiting the amount to your account and my bank is crediting the amount to my account. No amount is credited to my account.

• It is possible to verify with your authorized bank regarding the collection of the said checks and debit of amount to your account. If the amount is debited to your account, in that case I can file a complaint against my bank for non- crediting of amount. The other side if the checks are not claimed/send for collection and money is not debited to your account, then the matter will be still pending with your office and you have to settle the issue by sending the amount by fresh checks

The situation of my PF account settlement is well appraised to you and I further hope to receive the positive response /settlement from your Bhubaneswar office.

If the positive response is not received, I have no option other than proceeding legally.
