Navbharat Times Tambola Contest
Phone number always engaged and not answered

Hi,

I have been playing this Tambola Contest in Navbharat Times (Hindi) and I got all numbers cut on my ticket and now when I am calling the Phone number (Phone : 30813222) they've provided, it is always engaged and when after many attempts I called the Navbharat Times Delhi Office (Phone : 23492025, 23492081), nobody picked there too.

I am very disappointed with the kind of unresponsive phone number provided. It makes me feel that such schemes by the newspaper are to fool people and are just to show off and gain more sales. I would like that suitable action be taken against the respective Newspaper so that next time they give what they promise otherwise its just a hoax.
