Not proving board slip against the form submitted to this book depot of 8th class private examination fees

Dear Sir,

navchetan book depot located in barnala city of punjab state used used to fill the form of various colleges, board and universities.

i have fillied the form of 8th class of a son of mazdur working in our house building (private exam from P.S.Ed. B. mohali) alongwith the 1500 fees (400 exam fee 1000 late fee 100 book depot charges agaist form submission in the board) almost 2 months ago.

Concern person (Mr. bansi has told to me to take the original board slip after 8 days), but still aftre 2 months he not providing me the board slip... dear sir, it may cause the 1500 rupees and 1 year wastage of poor mazdoor. Kindly take up any step against the mentioned firm.
