Acer India P Ltd. Kochi have sent a parcel to me at State Bank of India, Thuravu, Pudukkad, Thrissur Kerala vide docket No. 010197748 on 12th Januay 2009 but it has till this moment not reached the destination. Please ascertain the correct posistion.
