Has refused to pay the wages And even he is not ready to give the Form No: 16 required for Income tax purposes. I have served the company aroung 20 days on-staff and around 11 days on-board one ship manned and managed by them. Kindly advice in this regard and let me know the supporting documents which will be needed.
